Intel is pleased to introduce Indeo video 4 for QuickTime* for Windows* 3.0. This version of the codec offers data-rate control, scalability, transparency, and access-key options.
To create or view video clips using Indeo video 4, QuickTime for Windows 3.0 must be installed on your system:
